Intelligent Quotient is a TV program that was initiated by Tanzania English Language Teachers Association to the underresourced public secondary schools in Mwanza with the aim of supporting Competency Based Learning, collaborative learning, critical thinking skills, leadership and creativity. The program is aired in Star TV every Thursday and repetition on Saturday, Students are asked bunch of question in 30 minutes and later presentation of topis of studies. We use English as the medium of instruction and communication to build learners confidence. The program elevates young girls as the way to build leadership skills.
