- Project Description
-
Our project explores how we can live in harmony with our bodies and the environment by building sustainable resilience. It responds to the challenge of promoting long‑term wellbeing for individuals, communities, and the planet. Students examine how daily choices influence both personal health and environmental quality, and how simple actions can create meaningful change.
Two student groups—EcoTeam and The Young Medics—lead the project and work synergistically, reflecting the natural connection between human health and environmental health.
The EcoTeam addresses the challenge of poor indoor air quality and low awareness of pollution. Their goal is to equip every classroom with a CO₂ meter so students and teachers can monitor air quality in real time. This practical solution supports illness prevention, improves understanding of healthy learning spaces, and encourages environmental responsibility.
The Young Medics respond to the challenge of limited first‑aid knowledge among students. Their goal is to master essential first aid skills and teach them to others, strengthening safety and readiness within the school community. If awarded funding, they plan to purchase medic al supplies to support hands‑on training.
Together, students create a model of how healthy people and a healthy planet can thrive together.
