As we live in the rural parts of the north Karnataka and we have observed many people do not have access to safe drinking water. As a team we have identified this challenge in our local community itself, a village called Hallikeri, Annigeri, Dharwad Karntaka. Where the community still depend on lake water for drinking purposes. This also lead us to conduct observe health challenges in the village. Many cases were related to water born. We have started to get this water sample tested and to provide a detailed report to the villages with the help of village Panchayat. Creating awareness among the villagers is what we look for and to find solutions.
