Our Project is about creating Food Sovereignty to remedy Food Deserts in overburdened, low income communities. Our challenge is to investigate how we can scale up our food production to serve Food Insecure communities, provide Healthy food options, and to attempt to create a revenue-generating market system that will allow us to develop a model for how we can increase food production, provide better food access, and generate funding to sustain our program.
