BioPellet360 is a CAFELAB Colombia project that seeks to reduce coffee waste pollution in Pitalito, Huila. Through a pelletizing process, it transforms coffee pulp, grounds, and stems into fertilizer, animal feed, and biofuel. The project follows four stages: problem identification, solution design, prototype creation, and dissemination of results. It has reduced coffee waste by 30% and engaged more than 300 coffee-growing families, promoting circular economy practices and sustainable development in the region. BioPellet360 is an innovative model for resource utilization and environmental awareness.
