Our project seeks to address the challenge of hunger, poor post-harvest handling, food insecurity, perishability and low prices on the market which has greatly affected households, farmers and retarded households development and diversity in food and sauce consumed at household and community level leading to undernutrition of most households and more so reduced income to run families.
